Nunavut turns 20 but Inuit still underrepresented in government workforces

Nunavut turned 20 on April 1st but it still hasn't achieved a major goal: to have 85% of Inuit represented in all Nunavut's government work forces. About 40% of Inuit work in federal government jobs, while municipal government had achieved the 85% goal. Lack of education remains one obstacle to employment.
