Coast Guard's old fleet struggles with rescues, Arctic resupply

The Canadian Coast Guard's ageing fleet has to reduce its search-and-rescue coverage and cancel resupply runs to Arctic and coastal communities creating social and commercial problems in communities according to according to new documents obtained by The Canadian Press. Problems are expected to worsen.
