Climate change and poor planning fuelling more floods

Some regions across Canada are seeing an increase in floods due to heavier and more frequent rainfall. But the loss of natural habitat and an abundance of concrete are also critical factors. Experts say governments at all levels need to figure out how to mitigate the costly impact of floods.
