According to a Washington Post report, the Trump administration plans to shutter all 21 of its international offices of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This is expected to lead to delays applications including family visa and foreign adoptions. The duties of these offices will be transferred to domestic offices, embassies and consulates.
