Republicans rebuke Trump over border wall, several GOP senators side with Democrats to end national emergency

The U.S. Senate voted to end Donald Trump's declaration of emergency at the Mexico border. Lawmakers voted 59 to 41 for the resolution. Trump has promised to veto it.
