Kevin Vickers is running for the leadership of the New Brunswick Liberal party, he announced in Miramachi. He is the former Canadian ambassador to Ireland and House of Commons sergeant-at-arms. He says he's a fiscal conservative, progressive on values and strong on environmental issues.
