The former chairman of Nissan, Carlos Ghosn, has been released on $12 million bail from a Tokyo prison. He is facing charges of falsifying financial reports and breach of trust. Ghosn says the charges that he received unfair compensation are 'meritless and unsubstantiated accusations.'
