As Alberta election nears, political insider faces fines, alleges voter fraud in UCP leadership campaign

The Alberta Election Commissioner has ruled that a Calgary political operative made irregular political contributions and says he admitted to being aware of a plan to commit voter fraud in order to secure the election of Jason Kenney as leader of Alberta’s United Conservative Party.
