Algeria's powerful army chief seeks to oust ailing president

Algeria's army chief is trying to remove ailing President Abdelaziz Bouteflika from office through constitutional means by having him declared unfit . Bouteflika had a stroke in 2013 and is rarely seen but he won't give up power. Mass protests have demanded new leadership for the country.
