40% of Ont. full-time post-secondary students got free tuition, CBC analysis shows

Forty per cent of Ontario's full-time post-secondary students received free tuition in 2017, a legacy of the previous Liberal government, a CBC analysis shows. The Ford government says the $1.4B annual cost is unsustainable. It's bringing in an across-the-board tuition fee cut of 10 per cent.
