The European Union`s top court threw a new wrench into Brexit`s life by ruling that the U.K. can change its mind and revoke its Brexit notice, a ruling a prominent Brexit backer says doesn`t alter the referendum vote. The legal challenge was brought by a Scottish MP. The Brexit vote is Tuesday.
