Rogue tax workers snooping on Canadians in larger numbers

After declining for three years, privacy breaches caused by rogue Canada Revenue Agency employees are on the rise again. CBC News has obtained more than a dozen investigation reports documenting thousand of instances of unauthorized access to tax files. A $10-million system installed last year to help prevent privacy breaches has not reduced the numbers.
