New Brunswick does not have enough rural fire fighters

A New Brunswick fire chief says there aren't enough volunteer firefighters to battle house fires or respond to motor vehicle crashes in rural areas, particularly during the work week. In 2017, more than 145 of the 167 fire departments relied on volunteer firefighters but there weren't enough.
