Divers in Uganda are searching for more bodies after a tour boat capsized in Lake Victoria. At least 30 people are dead. It happened near the capital, Kampala. More than 90 passengers were on a pleasure cruise when the vessel flipped over close to shore. Police say the the boat was in poor condition and did not have a licence to operate.
