Turkish, Saudi officials to inspect consulate where journalist disappeared

Officials from Turkey and Saudi Arabia will conduct a joint "inspection" of the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul where Turkey alleges Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi was killed.
