Police in upstate New York say they have charged a limousine service operator with criminally negligent homicide. Nauman Hussain, who runs Prestige Limousine, was arrested during a traffic stop. All 18 people riding in the company's stretch limo, along with 2 pedestrians were killed Saturday when it crashed into a ravine west of Albany. The driver, who is among the dead, did not have a proper license to operate the vehicle.
