Collaboration key for Vancouver's new mayor and council

For the past 10 years, Vancouver has been led by Mayor Gregor Robertson and his municipal party, Vision Vancouver. But last night, that unified approach changed when independent candidate Kennedy Stewart and a mish-mash of three parties took power.
