Canadian military says it's sign of progress that sex assault reports doubled

The Canadian Forces says a dramatic increase in the number of sexual-assault reports last year is proof that efforts to crack down are having an impact. It says the increase is not due to more incidents. Military authorities received 111 reports of sexual assault in the year before March 31. That's more than double the 47 such reports received the previous year.
