Brazil presidential race will come down to runoff vote as far-right candidate leads on ex-Sao Paulo mayor

Brazil's far-right presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro, fell a few points short of a victory in Sunday's election. He captured just under 47% of the vote. His opponent, former mayor of Sao Paulo Fernando Haddad, won about 28% of the vote. The run-off is scheduled for October 28.
