The hearing for U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh began Tuesday in Washington on a raucous note as protesters were ejected at the start. The Judiciary Chairman refused a Democratic request to delay the hearing over whether too many documents had been withheld to make an informed judgement.
