Super typhoon Mangkhut is hurtling toward the Philippines at 240 km per hour after striking the U.S. Territory of Guam with blunt force. Manghkhut is the most powerful typhoon of the year. Ten million lie in its path in the Philippines before it moves on to Hong Kong and Taiwan.
