'Process is torturous': Federal whistleblower says Canada doesn't protect people who speak out

A former EI fraud investigator is blowing the whistle on Canada's whistleblower protection laws, saying she has paid a high price for speaking out about wrongdoing and the government is not doing enough to protect people like her.
