North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un wants to denuclearization during U.S. President Donald Trump's first term. He has agreed to a third summit with his South Korean counterpart, Seoul officials said. Trump halted a visit by his Secretary of State to North Korea last month because of lack of progress.
