Storm system Gordon is expectd to hit the gulf coast as a hurricane. The system already whipped parts of southern Flordia with rain and high wind. The storm is forecast to make landfall late Tuesday near the border between Louisiana and Mississippi, regions that are still reeling from hurricanes a year ago.
