Gambling addict says B.C. government lacks will to set limits on billion-dollar industry

A Victoria woman says the B.C. government hasn’t made good on a promise to introduce a system that could limit spending by severe gambling addicts like her because provincial governments have become increasingly dependent on gambling revenues.
