14 dead, over 50 wounded in Kabul suicide attack that narrowly missed controversial vice-president

An explosion in Kabul has killed 14 people and injured over 50 others. The attack narrowly missed Afghanistan's controversial first vice-president. The former Uzbek warlord was returning home after living in exile in Turkey for more than a year. A local affiliate of ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack.
