North Korean envoy to meet Trump, deliver letter from Kim Jung-un

A top aide to Kim Jong-un will visit Washington today to hand deliver a letter from KIm Jong-un to Donald Trump. It's the latest sign of progress between the two nations to revive the so-called nuclear summit.
