Canada-wide rules to cut plastic waste proposed by 33 environmental groups

Canada should ban hard-to-recycle plastics and require single-use plastic to contain 75 per cent recycled content, says a group of 33 environmental and civil society groups that aim to eliminate plastic waste by 2030.
