South Korea starts removing border propaganda speakers

South Korea has begun the process of moving toward peace with the North by removing huge loudspeakers that used to blare anti-Pyongyang broadcasts and K-pop songs into North Korea. Meanwhile the South's asked the United Nations to observe the North's planned closing of its nuclear test site.
