Gun rights not up for debate in wake of school shooting: Texas governor

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott will hold a series of meetings on how to combat school violence. The announcement comes three days after a teen killed 10 people in the fourth-deadliest mass shooting at a public school in modern U.S. history. Tighter gun controls will not be on the agenda, he says.
