Chlorine gas probably used in Syria Idlib attack says OPCW

Chlorine gas was likely used in an attack near Idlib, Syria in February says the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. The OPCW says the finding of cylinders, environmental samples and witness testimony leads to that conclusion. It is also investigating an alleged attack near Damascus.
