A Quebec City mother has been charged with 2nd-degree murder of her two year old child, Rosalie. Audrey Gagnon, 23, is also accused of committing an indignity to a dead body. The toddler's body was found in a garbage bin at a suburban home last Wednesday. Police say she had been stabbed to death.
