Ex-Brazilian president surrenders to police for jail term

Ex-Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has surrendered to police Saturday for a jail term after defying an arrest warrant. Lula da Silva was convicted of corruption and will start serving a 12-year corruption sentence.
