RCMP 'sloppy' and 'negligent' in investigating Colten Boushie's death, say independent experts

CBC asked several experts to review evidence and testimony presented at the trial of Gerald Stanley, who was acquitted last month of the murder of Colten Boushie. The independent experts say the RCMP was 'sloppy' and 'negligent' in its investigation.
