The National Rifle Association is suing Florida after its governor, Rick Scott, signed a bill to raise the age to purchase a rifle in the state from 18 to 21. It claims that this is in violation of the Second Amendment. The bill will also force a 3-day wait before receiving the weapon and allow arming certain school employees.
