CRA slammed for 'reprehensible and malicious' prosecution of B.C. couple

The Canada Revenue Agency has been ordered to pay nearly $1.7 million to a Vancouver Island couple who saw their reputations ruined as the result of what a B.C. Supreme Court judge has ruled a malicious prosecution.
