
Humanitarian aid convoys have begun entering a war zone in Syria - the embattled suburb of eastern Ghouta. Forty-six trucks are trying to deliver supplies to an area held by jihadist rebels. Some life saving medical supplies were taken out by Syrian forces to stop them from reaching the rebels.
