North Korea violated sanctions, sent banned items to Syria & Myanmar: UN

North Korea sent items used in ballistic missile and chemical weapons programs to Syria, along with technicians, in violation of UN sanctions. The so-called "Hermit Kingdom" is also accused of sending banned ballistic missile systems to Myanmar.
