U.S. cuts $65M in Palestinian aid, UN appeals for donations

A UN agency that provides aid to Palestinian refugees is appealing for donations after the U.S. withheld about half its planned funding for the organization. The U.S. State Department said the agency needed to make reforms but did not provide details.
