Father charged in death of Oak Bay sisters

Chloe Berry, 6, and Aubrey Berry, 4, victims in Dec. 25, 2017 Oak Bay homicides

Andrew Berry, 43, the father of two children found dead on Christmas Day, has been charged with 2nd-degree murder.
