U.S. 'harmed' by Canadian softwood lumber commission rules

The United States International Trade Commission has voted 4-0 against Canada in the softwood lumber dispute, saying the American industry had been harmed by Canadian imports. Most Canadian producers will be paying a combined countervailing and anti-dumping rate of 20.83 per cent.
