Trump calls for bold reforms for more effective United Nations

U.S. President Donald Trump began his visit to the UN in New York pressing for major reforms to the famously sclerotic world body. Trump and U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres pledged a huge overhaul of the bureaucracy to make the institution more responsive to the people it served.
