Puerto Rico dealing with broken dam, island-wide blackout

There is concern a 90-year-old dam in Puerto Rico could break, unleashing even more water on the island. When Hurricane Maria struck it poured nearly 400 millimetres of rain on the mountains. An immediate evacuation order is in place for 70 thousand people along the Guajataca River.
