A judge in the United States ruled that a provocative post written by former pharmaceuticals company CEO Martin Shkreli is bad enough to be put behind bars. Shkreli offered a $5,000 bounty for a hair with the follicle of former U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Shkreli is awaiting sentencing for fraud.
