Hurricane Maria slipped to a still powerful category four storm on Tuesday morning after hitting Dominica. The prime minister tweeted that every roof had been ripped off their roofs as it heads for Puerto Rico and the Virgin islands. Hurricane Jose is churning up dangerous rip currents along the Atlantic .
