The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating Russian interference in the U-S election, has set up a grand jury in Washington. Such juries have the power to subpoena and seek indictments. Reuters reports that Subpoenas have been issued in relation to Trump Jr.'s meeting with a Russian lawyer.
