North Korea says it is considering launching 4 rockets over Japan, to land 30-40 km from Guam, by mid-august

North Korea has added details to its threat of attacking Guam. State media says 4 Hwasong-12 rockets would fly over Japan to land in the water, 30 to 40 km off the coast of Guam. If Kim Jong-un approves of the plan, they say it will be executed by mid-august.
