U.S. President Donald Trump has just tweeted that he has named John F. Kelly as White House Chief of Staff. Trump says Kelly is "a Great American'. There's no word yet where that leaves Reince Priebus who WAS the chief of staff - and has been in a feud with Trump's new communications director.
