The Supreme Court says a woman can pursue a class action lawsuit against Facebook in B.C. courts and does not have to go to California, Facebook's home. Deborah Douez wants to sue over an old advertising format, which allegedly used her name and profile photo in ads to endorse a company she 'liked."
