Rural school closures 'ripping the heart' out of communities

The Ontario Liberal government has come under pressure over the closing of rural schools in the province, an issue facing many small Canadian communities. People for Education has forecast 121 closures in Ontario, with the majority in rural areas, leading to fears of further a decline in their economy.
